Great for 2K gaming (didn’t try 4K as I use a 1440p display), runs all the modern games with no issues.

After making an account with IBuyPower you have to submit an RMA with IBuyPower’s customer support, then after you’ve done that you have to email IBuyPower’s customer service to notifiy THEM that you have submitted an RMA in THEIR system. So after receiving my pc on November 29. I am waiting for them to send me a new cable to see if this card will even operate correctly. All of this could have been avoided IF THEY WOULD NOT HAVE INSTALLED THE CARD AND SHIPPED IT UNINSTALLED LIKE IT STATED THEY WOULD WHEN I BOUGHT THE PC. Overall a disappointing experience. If the cable comes in and the card doesn’t operate correctly I’m just going to attempt to return the whole thing. Unless you live close to a Best Buy I would not buy this.

I was told online with the agent that the PC would be shipped later that day to my address or the next morning and it’s still not here after five days! Customer service for Best Buy is a joke and they literally are useless because of language barrier and inability to help with basic tasks. Do not order a large purchase like this from Best Buy unless you want to wait forever to actually get the item

Posted .Hello! Sorry to hear of the PC issues you're experiencing. Although it's rare, shipping damage does occur from time to time or perhaps a PC component was disconnected while moved. One common solution is to disconnect and reconnect the RAM sticks (reseating the RAM). We suggest reaching out to iBUYPOWER Tech Support when possible for troubleshooting support.

After I set it up and powered it on it didnt run right. Error message after error message and constant crashing. I swapped it for something different and im glad i did
