Best Buy Ripped me off!!

Now I am out $1700 and they refuse to refund my money. Apparently, they are not liable for not checking I.D. when picking up curbside. I definitely did not expect this from such a reputable company, but they at this point, they are literally thieves!

Blue screen off death at least once a week or 2. Freezing. I even had a faster SSD drive installed but that didn't prevent the numerous glitches. My recommendation, stick with name brand PC.
