The cons outweigh the pros. Pros: Good looking case and top quality/high end components at a good price. Cons: The expanding foam they put inside the case puts stress on internal components, mostly pressing hard against the GPU and causing breakage to the slot it goes in. It’s not just a “one off” issue either. I have ordered 3 and all 3 have arrived with damage. Once again, this isn’t caused from shipping but from the expanding foam they place inside the unit when built. This Y60 isn’t stocked in stores. Purchase on Best Buy and it’s shipped from ibuypower directly. They use FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. I had to wait around for the delivery 3 times just to pack it all back up for a return in person to a Best Buy store. It’s exhausting and uses much of your day. If you receive a damaged PC you have 2 options; 1. Return directly to Best Buy and they will process an exchange. They will have another PC sent to your address. I found this option to be much more reasonable than the next. OR 2. Ibuypower has a one year parts and labor warranty on their PC’s. Depending on the issue, it’s a 10 business day turnaround. What is not covered under warranty is shipping, YOU are required to pay shipping both ways. I really like the case, high end components and lighting. My 1 star is for having 3 poorly built units sent to my home and wasting my time. If the PC worked, I’m sure would be a 5 star.

I will never buy another ibuypower computer an I definitely will never purchase another computer from best buy. I purchased this computer on black Friday November 29th at 6am after i purchased the computer i was told it would arrive on the 2nd maybe an couldnt gurantee the date which was the 1st red flag. Second red flag I received notification saying my order is ready on the 2nd yayy ok i go to get my computer an get my 64gb of ram installed by your best buy total membership but guess what the ram isnt working an was having a reimaging issue. Ok how long will it take oh 2 hours so after i wait 2 hours an they say everything is ok an works fine. I get home an attempt to boot up the computer an you guessed right i get error code 0xe0000100 on my driver installation. I attempted to call geek squad sat on hold for 30mins for them to say that the ram that they supposedly checked something is wrong with it or the computer itself. Bruh i have been out here 5 times at this point what do you mean. At the time of writing this review i still dont have my computer i was told by best buy geek squad that either the ram needs to be replaced again or that the computer has to get replaced because ibuypower sold a broken computer or best buy broke it either way will update

All right. This is second time I bought “ibuypower”. They look cool, powerful components. First one went out with loud pop. I gave second chance and ordered this one, even more expensive one. This one came all good, components (also annoying that no hdmi cable while bunch of no-need-no-use cables included). I checked every single hdmi port, checked with different dp ports, checked my screen. No signal. And that kept showing. Ok. Decided to send it back. Chatted with agent - she pointed on my store near my home for return/exchange. Gave their address and phone. In store - they told me they don’t have it there so no exchange no return could be. Could you guys somehow make a conclusion between departments there? It’s super annoying in addition that second Y-brand computer came malfunctioned. Would never buy this brand again. Who ever builds it needs to go build something else elsewhere. DO NOT BUY IT.

The computer didnt work after a couple of months. I would get a blue screen, or it would turn off start back up by itself. I went to geek squad numerous times to get it fix, they claimed it was "fix" and there wasn't any problem with it but the moment i plugged it in at home, play a few games it would turn off and start repairing itself.

It arrived damaged. The main PCIE slot is broken and the gpu bracket is bent…. It has great hardware and a nice case but I can’t give it a fair review since it arrived broken.

Bought this PC March 7th and I am impressed with the speed of this machine. The Mouse and Keyboard it comes with also is really smooth for gaming and comfortable also I play alot of different video games and this PC handles every one of them so well! It's a really great quailty PC!

quality gaming p.c. functions well as anticipated. good bang for buck. overall wonderful experience only one minor grievance was the power supply unit failed within two weeks of ownership. which is odd and likely a fluke not ibuypowers fault. im checking in with them today to see if they will warranty out the original however i already bought and installed another.

It is good machine but cut some corners. Ram and case is good but old spec... First, it seems like each machine you order is slight different and may get different graphic card as I can see from other people pictures. This is what I got, MSI Ventus 2X Tforce 5600mhz 240mm Ibuypower AIO Push Pull Configuration 2 stock hyte fan on the bottom, and 3 RGB fans. MSI P motherboard(Different than the stock photo) Problem that I see and may consider upgrade is AIO cooler. They did 240mm Ibuypower AIO with push pull configuration and in idle, manages temp but with heavy load, it cannot handle so may want to consider purchasing bigger AIO if you are using more heavy load. 2TB NVME is maxing out around 5000 mbps so it is good but if you want faster, better just use 990 pro like I did. DDR5 is 5600.... and Power supply is 750W... Same CPU and Same GPU with the same MB that are sold directly by ibuypower is 6000mhz and 850w... For most users, this machine will be great, but if you are trying to future proof and thinking about upgrading GPU or others later, probably better build yourself, Yet, with the same spec and if you build your own, it will be about $500 more... So buy this and if you need, upgrade as you need.

I'm new to gaming PCs, but all I can say is - it worked perfectly out of the box. It has been about a week, and I love it. It handles VR games like Half Life Alex beautifully and is great for running the Adobe CC suite. There is so much space inside the case for the components to breathe, and of course the lights are awesome. Hats off to IBUYPOWER.

Third time buying an IbuyPower and never have an issue, plenty of power to run almost any game and enough performance to run a gay and do my day to day work!

So far it's been a fine tower. It's done everything I've thrown at it with ease. The two drawbacks for me is the lack of a larger secondary storage and amount of USB ports but I knew that when I bought it. Both will be added later and doesn't factor into my review. It's quiet, it's fast and handles games, design programs and multiple monitors easily. I'm happy with the tower. Make sure to double check connections before powering on. I had a few loose out of the box and that's where the 5th star was lost.

Great system! Plays everything on ultra, and extremely quite. Fast machine and handles everything through at it with a struggle.

After owning a gaming laptop, I finally decided to transition back into a desktop PC. I was on a budget and didn't have the time or energy to build myself. A friend recently did a custom iBUYPOWER from them directly and was happy with their build. I did some research and decided on this one, and I could not be happier. Seamless startup out of the box with minimal updates needed to get up and running. I play FPS and action-adventure games like Wukong and all are running ultra settings with no issues. I've honestly only experienced minor stuttering at all, and it was playing No Man's Sky. There's also enough room to do some upgrades (RAM, power, etc.) if needed in the future. After many years away from desktop gaming, I am more than satisfied with this purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Honestley very impressed with the build quality Ibuypower has done! From packaging to the bulld everything has looked and performed perfectly! This build is perfect for all of these Unreal 5 engine games coming out and even on 1440!

Fast. Good gaming computer. Runs world of Warcraft no lag issues from graphics
