This computers graphics are nice but it crashes consistently with fortnite and other high graphic games. Having to do warrenty on it is a hard thing to do.

OMG! I got this PC from BestBuy yesterday and was very excited for it. I immediately upgraded RAM to 64GB. It's been only a day and I've got 7-8 times BLUE SCREEN ERROR! I had to reinstall windows three times. First time, I opened MSI center, opened cooling center, and boom, BSOD! There's something wrong with this build, CPU utilization under MSI center is constantly going to 5.6+MHz even without any other apps open! I am very much disappointed as I thought this is the PC I am gonna keep for the next 3-4 years, I am gonna keep this for the next two months as I am a total tech member and have the option to return in 2 month and hope the BSOD does not happen again or with some windows/driver updates the issues disappear, but as mentioned extremely disappointed.

Computer won’t play a single game I wanna play out the box and just kicks me off every server

Came in good condition but when i opened it, it had different parts.. Got a Different CPU then what it says in the description. Instead of a three fan GPU I got a two fan 4070. Got the Wrong SSD as well, it is a 2TB drive but its not fast at all. Once I started up the computer it had AMD Software installed when no component in the description nor what's in the desktop needed AMD. I would be careful with this one.

It was a defective pc and had to return it. I turned it on and it just kept shutting off

literally the day after return/exchange period ends, the computer bricks. No one at BBY will work with me to make things right. Only suggestion is drive 40 minutes to the 'local' store and beg the store manager. Can't even provide a working number to call first.

Waited a week and a half for this pc n they send me one that was destroyed, gpu made a clicking sound n was very lose, none of the vans turned on. Best part is i waited at the store for almost 3 hours just for a basic return. I will not be coming back.

This thing has been nothing but a headache since day 1 do not buy this rig. I cannot stress the low quality of this build!

Honestly this is the worst pc company I have had the displeasure of working with not one but 2 computers have had problems to the point I finally just returned it and decided to build my own

Im no computer expert, my last computer was a 7 year old dell pre built. So this thing is really nice for me. I played vr with my index on it and it felt really good. I got a similar computer to this one but white with 64gb of ram. So far its been working prety well, only downside is one of the vents on the top has a little part of it squished, and if all of the lights work as one lighting thing except for the ram. But it doesn’t have me wait in Bios for 5 minutes so im happy! Also! It doesnt come with instructions, or at least mine didn’t!
