It came one and a half months later and was the wrong part. The right one came in another week. These delays were lengthy, unexpected and inconvenient.

I first thought I could install it myself, but I’m glad I let them install it as it was a little more complex than I thought. I have had it about three weeks and I am very happy with it. Compared to my old refrigerator, it is extremely quiet.

It made ice for a week and water dripped into the container. The second week it did not make ice. Water went into the container. It took me two months to get the ice maker. The technichin ordered a new, I will have to wait two months for the ice maker to be delivered

Not thrilled so far.

Your independent contractors left the crappy ice maker and told us you would be connecting us about the connector part they need and in two weeks we not heard from you and we are out buying ice and you ask how satisfied I am. Not at all.

Did not install as promised

They told me it was the wrong part, but it was not. They just wanted to get to other appointments without finising mine.

Ice maker works great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First thing is don't get from bestbuy it took 2-3 months for them to say no eta. I got directly from LG and got it in 1 week wish I would've done it sooner. Install is easy enough anyone can do it. It also has video directions making everything extremely simple. Ice is made very fast and alot of it. Great product works amazing! Don't forget you need to buy a separate filter for the water line. Ice has terrible taste of you don't Highly recommend
