    If i cohld leave less than 1 star I would. Installation was aweful. My car makes a rattkibg noise. When I picked it up parts of ky dashboars ajd steeribg wheel were out of whack and its IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a REAL HUMAN who can help me. Overall extremely disappointed and I'm pretty sure my car which has never had problems before is having issues due to this. And to out this all in perspective. I dont write reviews but had such q bad experience I thought I should. I cant wven get a refund after spending over $600 on two of these. I would say product good, experience bad. Ive yet to be able to understand why the heat doesnt go on with this until the key is reinserted, doesnt that defeat ourpose?
