    Ability to sync the iFit Heart Rate Monitor to my Treadmill with ease. Then the instructors of iFit take over when your using their workouts to monitor your heart rate to either increase the speed or decrease it depending on your heart rate.

    AVOID. The charger failed in 6 mos, and IFIT support and warranty are both evasive and worthless. They passed me from tech support to product support repeatedly and closed it as "solved" without fixing anything or sending a replacement. AVOID
