    This Subscription no longer works for treadmills!!!! It is a waste of money. The only subscription that works for equipment is the iFIT pro. This used to work, I bought this same e card last year, but now apparently it is only for mobile devices!!!! I have been waiting for 1 hr and 20 mins for a supervisor for a refund!!!!! I am so disappointed in the horrible customer service from Best Buy.

For iFit access on your machine, you need the PRO membership (formerly known as “family” membership). There is no more individual (this gift card) or family (the multiple user membership) It is now TRAIN (this gift card) or PRO memberships. Again, THIS GIFT CARD ONLY GIVES YOU ACCESS TO THE APP now!     The Individual 'Train' membership will not work with the equipment with built in screens. Only tablets / phones. Also when you redeem a gift card they force a credit card and agreement into a auto-renewing policy. Also they explicitly state auto-renewing fees are non-refundable.
