    Card originally was posted as an "Individual" membership, but after ourchasing but not redeeming, it changed to a "training" membership and now i can't use it on my iFit treadmill. Won't be doing business with any iFit brand again! Wish i could give it 5 negative stars.

    I would leave 0 stars if possible. Please don't waste your time or money on this card. It did not work, Best Buy says they can not help me, contact ifit. ifit says to contact Best Buy. So I spent $144.00 for nothing. I have canceled my subscription all together. So I have no ifit. As I understand it they will not refund my money. Not Happy.

    WARNING!! This plan will not work on workout machines like it used to. Now only the family plan unlocks the ability to use on your Machine. Very stupid decision. Customer service very useless also, calls goes to a different country and I cant get a good conversation with them.. what happened to good old customer service..?

    This is dumb. Do not buy this. Ifit changed their policies. I bought this same card last year, and it was compatible with my treadmill. Now, Ifit does not allow this to be compatible with built in screens. AVOID! It's a scam!

    This individual membership doesn't provide most ifit content. They downgraded the individual membership to train tier which is totally gutted. You can only use this on your phone and not on your equipment. What a scam. Out of $144 now.

    I thought i would buy the gift card instead of buying the $180 single membership from ifit. IFit no longer is accepting goft cards, so i had to buy their membership.

    This membership is completely useless if you have machines. All of the good things to do you will have to upgrade your membership. I created maps from the last time I had Ifit I cant even access them. They need to just tell people to buy the Pro membership and be honest about it.

    Complete scam. It doesn't give you access to anything anymore. I'm so upset I couldn't get a refund and I wasted my money on this. Never again.

      We are sorry to hear that your iFIT subscription doesn’t offer the features you had anticipated. As advertised, this iFIT Membership card allows users to use iFIT on a mobile device or tablet. It will not activate content on an iFIT enabled machine. You should still be able to access all of the iFIT library on your mobile device or tablet.
