It makes me feel like a computer surgeon. It’s cheap and helps me avoid the “Did I kill the chip with static?” pervasive thoughts if the computer doesn’t immediately work.

This works as it should. We used a piece of copper wire in an outlet to ground the grounding strap.

You need this if you are opening up electronics, don't skip on it. you might fry your board. clip on the the case or somewhere to metallic to ground yourself.

An absolute must for building your pc. Simply attach to your ankle and the clip to your power supply. Plug it in the wall and work knowing you won’t short your pc components

After buying a new case, I had to move all parts of my PC, and wanted some assurance nothing will get damaged. PC works, which means either this did its job, or there was no risk. Either way, this is one of those "you won't notice if it works, but will if it doesn't" scenarios, so I'm going to say it worked.

Always good to have protection against shock when working on the innards of a computer. This was easy to use and I believe it lived up to its purpose.
