Very handy piece of kit. Worth the money, it’s nice to have everything in its own box also, fixes electronics and things like sunglasses.

I bought this to put a brand new battery for my laptop. I would have to say I'm very impressed with this kit. I bought a different kit for the same purpose and I got annoyed with this one tool. The bit I put on the screwdriver handle kept dropping down inside the it. It drove me nuts! I knew I need to buy iFixit Essential Electronics Toolkit! I'm still in love with this tool kit. Nice little kit if you just need to open you laptop to add some memory or a new SSD. I has everything we needed for a quick job.

I purchased one of these toolkits a few weeks ago to take apart an iPhone for a project of mine. I’m also a frequent pc builder, and this kit has been amazing. The screw driver is effective and magnetic, and objects like the tweezers make it easy to work with tiny areas or sections on a motherboard. Everything is great quality and it comes with an awesome case, highly recommend to anyone looking for a computer toolkit.

Depending on what tools you already have, this will provide most tools to service a laptop. I needed a Torx 4 for an HP Spectre and since most of my computer tools are mix and match in a bag, using an old credit card as a prying tool, I figure I would invest in an all in one kit. I'm very pleased with this kit. The only thing missing is mechanical fingers. The one I have fits in this kit. I have a great need for them as I have difficulty holding the tiny screws and dropping them. With the mechanical fingers I attach the head of a screw and fit it down in the hole and start threading it then release and then tighten with a driver. It's not fun dropping a small screw in a laptop. So, iFixit please complete this great small kit with some mechanical fingers.

I started getting into taking computers apart and I had a very limited tool set, so I decided to do some research, and one of my friends recommended this toolkit to me. I was a little skeptical of it at first because I had not heard of the brand, "ifixit" before. The day I got it, I used it and was very happy with how easy it was to know what each bit was and what to use it on. The spudgers included are high quality and are everything a beginner computer repairer needs.

It has been a fairly decent amount of time since I purchased this, and it has come in handy more often than I would've expected it to. Installing a new SSD in my laptop was made much easier with these tools. The hard clamshell case is also a nice touch. Truth be told you can find some kits like this for cheaper through other retailers but I don't know if they are of an equal quality to this package.
