I've heard about and been a fan of iFixit for some time but never looked into their toolkits. While shopping for part upgrades earlier this year I figured I'd bite the bullet and get a dedicated toolkit for my tech repairs over the standard tools that I have and manage to misplace on a semi-daily basis. You will not be disappointed with this toolset. They have a little bit of everything that you might need for electronic repairs, whether simple tasks or large jobs. Love that it fits into a tight form factor so it doesn't take up much space on my desk. You will definitely get your moneys worth with this toolkit.

This toolkit will assist you in opening the toughest repairable device. There are many tools and steel screwdriver bits to choose from. Unfortunately, one of my tools already broke within a couple of weeks of using this toolkit. It was the reverse nylon tweezers. (tip broke) I believe it was defective because I did not put a lot of pressure on the tool but yet it broke. All I was doing was taking out a small broken piece of lightning cable that was stuck inside an iPad charging port. Besides the faulty tool, this kit will do it all. I hope iFixit replaces the tips on the tool because I seriously do believe in their products and am all for repairability.

I work in IT doing all sorts of jobs. So far i havent come across something that this kit doesnt already have a tool for, and comes in a convenient, compact kit.

I love this it has all tools I need for screen replacements and other maintenance. I recommend this for anyone at any experience level

After one year of use, this thing is used for multiple things around the house. Most obviously its used when we upgrade parts on the computers, but its also helped us with smaller household items that needed a tool

I've owned this kit for more than 5 years now and it constantly comes in handy. Bought a second one for someone else. 10/10.

Was able to pop open my gaming laptop to add storage without scratching anything. Made things a whole lot easier, quicker & safer than prior to having. Scratched my previous HP from using traditional tools from my toolbox. Magnetic work pad is very handy. Researched several types & brands & glad I decided on this. This compact kit has everything I need when it comes to working on today’s electronics. Already used to do upgrades on my kids’ laptops too so well worth the money. Almost feel like looking for other electronics to open & upgrade since it’s just that much easier - ALMOST...

Amazing quality and packed into a nice small case for traveling easily. You can't beat the brand and they just know what tools you'll need or not.

This is a really great toolset. Its got every bit i could possibly need as well as various tweezers, spatulas, suction, etc to cover any need I might come across. The build quality is excellent. The driver and bits are all high quality steel and fit comfortably in my hand. The case is really well laid out and doubles as a storage for screws while I work. Overall a highly recommended product well worth the cost!

This is definitely a handy thing to have! I've used it to install a couple of things on my laptop. It has just about anything you need for computer work.

This is an absolutely amazing repair/toolkit. I run a small computer business and I have been using conventional tools for awhile now. However, getting this kit was by far my favorite investment for tools! These are some of the most thoughtful repair products on the market and have already gotten tons of mileage since my purchase in Dec 2020. Moreover, IFIXIT has AMAZING customer service! They have been super helpful and even provide lifetime warranties on many of their products that are in this kit.

I really like the ifixit products. This is my 3rd toolset with them and all work perfectly. I bought one for my niece, i have the manta set for my home set and a pro tool kit for my work office. These things are awesome.

Great quality product! Comes with everything you’d need for your DIY electronic projects! Everything is neatly organized and easily folded up and compact enough to store in your drawer or if you want to keep it readily accessible on your desk/work space, it doesn’t take up much room.

This is a great took kit for anybody who needs to do a variety of electronics repairs and upgrades. All the important bits are included and the tools are all of excellent quality. Sometimes it's hard to find these bits and tools in your standard toolkits and especially for someone who's in and out of PC's a lot and also occasionally opening up controllers and phones it's nice to have a high quality dedicated kit for it. I know there are cheaper kits on Amazon but I trust the iFixit name and work enough to spend a little extra and it was it definitely worth it.

While I don't encourage voiding your warranty. IFixIt made a great toolkit. While the number of bits is overkill for what was my use case needing to fix an old macbook. This toolset is awesome in its labeling and layout. I loved using the plastic case cover with grooves in it to hold all the screws in the order they were removed all separated neatly. This toolset is perfect for opening up and changing the battery and or hard drive on older out of warranty MacBooks. Only way this kit could be better is if the driver was ESD however wearing the wrist strap makes up for this. Also if it had a paper doc or qr code map of all the bits and a top and side profile of each bit. With size, type, common use, and count of points. Buy this kit for your next repair project instead of running around trying to find an inferior electronics repair tool kit from a home or super store.
