I used to just use a cheap little repair kit for my electronics. It got me by and I didn't think it was too bad, until I lost it and got this kit. Very strong difference in quality, and definitely worth the upgrade.

I cannot recommend this tool kit enough for anyone working on electronics or appliances in general. As a technician, I enjoy the variety of tools and bits to accommodate the various screw types and sizes as well as the ESD strap and tweezers. The carry case is a bonus that makes keeping everything simple and contained.

Great quality product! Comes with everything you’d need for your DIY electronic projects! Everything is neatly organized and easily folded up and compact enough to store in your drawer or if you want to keep it readily accessible on your desk/work space, it doesn’t take up much room.

Amazing quality and packed into a nice small case for traveling easily. You can't beat the brand and they just know what tools you'll need or not.

This is definitely a handy thing to have! I've used it to install a couple of things on my laptop. It has just about anything you need for computer work.

While I don't encourage voiding your warranty. IFixIt made a great toolkit. While the number of bits is overkill for what was my use case needing to fix an old macbook. This toolset is awesome in its labeling and layout. I loved using the plastic case cover with grooves in it to hold all the screws in the order they were removed all separated neatly. This toolset is perfect for opening up and changing the battery and or hard drive on older out of warranty MacBooks. Only way this kit could be better is if the driver was ESD however wearing the wrist strap makes up for this. Also if it had a paper doc or qr code map of all the bits and a top and side profile of each bit. With size, type, common use, and count of points. Buy this kit for your next repair project instead of running around trying to find an inferior electronics repair tool kit from a home or super store.

Haven’t run into an Apple product (or otherwise) that I haven’t been able to open up and work on yet. Works for all my iPhones, iPads, MacBook pros (2013, 3015, 2017), and the couple of Windows laptops I’ve got (HP and Lenovo). Has a ton of bits and even some I’ve never seen before. It says on the packaging that it can be used for working on appliances in addition to electronic devices but I don’t really have a use case for that - maybe that will change if I decide to get more into the IoT world. The price seems steep until you start looking at smaller toolkits and then you realize it’s actually a great value. Glad I purchased and will likely get use out of it for many years to come as long as I stay organized and don’t lose the pieces. Definitely recommend.

Held off on writing a review since I hadn’t been able to use the repair kit til earlier this week. Very nicely organized, folds up into a nice neat/tight bundle for transportation, screwdriver and bits are quality. Magnetic plate for screws and other metal bits/bobs is large, thank God (anybody who’s popped open laptops or tablets, you know how many of these are crammed into those chassis).

Definitely a MUST NEED if you’re replacing components or completely building a PC. Has everything in it that you could possibly need to get the job done. Highly recommend!

This is a great took kit for anybody who needs to do a variety of electronics repairs and upgrades. All the important bits are included and the tools are all of excellent quality. Sometimes it's hard to find these bits and tools in your standard toolkits and especially for someone who's in and out of PC's a lot and also occasionally opening up controllers and phones it's nice to have a high quality dedicated kit for it. I know there are cheaper kits on Amazon but I trust the iFixit name and work enough to spend a little extra and it was it definitely worth it.

After one year of use, this thing is used for multiple things around the house. Most obviously its used when we upgrade parts on the computers, but its also helped us with smaller household items that needed a tool

A bit pricy but definitely an upgrade over other toolkits i have on hand for working with electronics. The magnetic driver is fairly good, but i do wish there was a rigid estension as well as the flexible one in the case. All in all it is a really good kit with most of what i need for working on small parts.

I use this on everything not only does this help me with building and cleaning and fixing my PC but it also gives me tools to use on a daily basis this is one of the best purchases that you could buy. Your not just getting one thing for a specific thing but you're getting a multi usable product love it and will recommend it to all, i don't regret this decision if you have not bought one then you need to hurry to your nearest Best Buy and get one or even better yet order one through the website and have it shipped to you. You can also get it for a gift so if you know someone who is into gaming you could buy it for them as a gift they would absolutely love it.

A great computer/tech toolkit. One note - make sure you put things back when you complete your task. It's easy to lose these small pieces, but if you take the time to put them back as soon as possible - this kit will serve you well for many years. I use all computers/laptops/tablets/phones. Everything you need in a complete small compact toolkit.

A really great setup and quality and completeness is really hard to match. Great functionally and a great diversity of chosen pieces. Only real con is the price is steep for a smaller set (even though fully complete). If it was $10-$15 dollars cheaper it would be a mandatory buy. Still a great buy for those in need.

I work in IT doing all sorts of jobs. So far i havent come across something that this kit doesnt already have a tool for, and comes in a convenient, compact kit.

This tool kit is the best one out there that you can get when it comes to electronics repair especially cell phones. It has everything you will need with the exception of a heat gun. They even provide you with a link to videos that show you step by step how to disassemble/assemble and repair most electronics which I thought is the bigger deal
