The first one would only freeze on the bottom. This one freezes everywhere but a cover on the hinge was broken when it arrived. My husband said as long as it works he didn't care about cosmetics. Still going strong after 1 months. No complaints.

After unboxing the freezer, cosmetic damage was discovered. Rather than put in the effort to exchange it I contacted BB to inquire about a partial refund. They return 10% so along with time and gas saved from an exchange I felt it was acceptable. The unit itself has run for a month without incident aside.

I love this freezer it's the perfect size love the rack... it fits in a tiny space... it freezes well and a great buy...

Would give it a 4.5, if I knew how to do it. Been running it for about a week. Quiet. Keeps items cold. Still trying to figure out the correct temperature reading. Wish if came with another basket. Trying to locate one. Thinking of using stacking trays. Don't know if they will stick to the inside.

We bought this freezer to put our overflow of Omaha Steak products in. It is much larger inside than we anticipated (which is great!) and keeps everything frozen exactly as we'd like! Can't ask for more! Great product.

I actually purchased this freezer to use as a fridge and coupled with a digital thermostat control unit it works like a charm. Easy set up, smooth transaction from best buy and after a month of use no issues at all.

I purchased this chest freezer for my wife. I was hoping it wasn't too small & it wasn't. It's actually a pretty decent size inside while not too bulky on the outside.

Customer service rep was exceptional in helping me to pick out the right freezer, getting it to the checkout counter and getting it to my car.

Needed extra freezer capacity and this is worked out great. I have it in the garage...the garage is not temperature controlled so it's hot in the summer and cold in the winter and the freezer has held up great so far. It also stores a lot. I put the food into bins before i put it in the freezer so I can take advantage of the whole space and still have good access to everything including the stuff I have at the bottom.

The unit works well, was easy to transport and simple to setup. Cpnsidering the sale price I paid - I couldn't be more satisfied.
