The left side of the handle is broken in two places. Completely detached. Considering that this was just thrown in a box (upside down), with no padding or protection I'm not surprised. Now I have my doubts about how rugged this is. I needed it for a trip tomorrow, which obviously won't happen. Very disappointed.
