I purchased this cause I needed something small and portable for me to bring with me when I travel. BiNGO! I believe I have found it. I compared it to my Upper Arm Blood Pressure cuff that my Primary Doctor recommended. The readings were very similar. I was impressed. One of my favorite features is knowing that your arm is in the right angle before it measures. It has a gauge to let you know that. Also the Bluetooth feature syncs with the app which you download from the App Store. It stores all your readings and some other cool and unique features that you can add to your measurements to keep note. I wish you could measure both left and right. This only measures your left wrist. Also, the battery life I'm still figuring out but I fully charged it last night for the first time and when I took about 6 readings the battery icon already took off a bar. There are 3 bars letting you know the charge left. So far I love it. Thanks!
