Had to send them back to manufacturer and was told they do not cover "broken headset" under warranty. They did replace them after a convenience fee.

I not only use them for listening to stuff on my phone and tablet but use them when I'm on the phone as well because they have a Mic and so far everyone I talk yo says they can heard me just fine through it.
