Posted .Make sure the headphones are pushed all the way into the phone. If you have a case, the case could interfere with the connection. Restart your phone and try the headphones again. Also try with a different phone. If the problem persists, contact our Support Team so we can bring the headphones in for evaluation. Also, how many hours is "long"? Our team will try and duplicate your problem.
