I’ve had this for a year maybe and some of the lights on the clock stopped working.

I purchased this a little over a year ago. After about 6 months, one of the segments in the display went out so it didn't make correct numbers. Customer service was very helpful and replaced the unit immediately. Here it is about 2 months after my warranty expired and again, one of the display segments (a different one this time) is out. I am not happy. Feature-wise, this unit is missing any sort of "Sleep" function. It also never wirelessly charged my phone reliably. The case thickness is well below what they claimed to support. It's just not a good unit. Don't waste your money on this.

Bought this because of its multifunctionality but then the light bars that showed the time stopped working through no fault of mine or damage done. Contacted iHome customer service and did not get any help. Get a different brand.

Combining an iPhone charger, Apple Watch charger, and Bluetooth clock radio into one device is a great way to declutter a nightstand and simplify your morning routine. Here are some things to consider when looking for this type of device: * Wireless charging: If you have an iPhone and Apple Watch that support wireless charging, look for a device with a Qi-certified wireless charging pad and a built-in Apple Watch charger. Make sure your phone case is no more than 3mm; this unit will NOT work with Otter Box or case-mate protective cases. * Clock display: The clock display is easy to read from across the room, especially if you plan on using it as your primary alarm clock. * Radio: If you like to listen to the radio in the morning like me, make sure the device has built-in FM /AM/stream music radio with good reception. Overall this device works really well.

This little guy has great sound! You can simultaneously charge phone, watch, and third device, as there’s also a usb port. I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, because the digital clock display malfunctions pretty quickly, and you can’t read the actual time. I’d only had it a little over a month when this happened. I still use the other features every day.

Settings buttons are placed in locations where if you move the device, you are accidentally pushing them. Would have been nice if they added wireless charging for Air Pods but, there is a place to add a USB cable to do so. The point is to go completely wireless. Would have been a better product if it had a radio built in.

I bought this as an alarm clock/charger for my devices and it serves its purpose as an alarm clock, but I’ve had issues with it charging my phone. It’s a hit or miss on wether my phone will charge or not, although it will charge my watch with no issues

Bought this for my wife and we were both excited about it and thought it was a very nice unit. It is nice. But it was disappointing to find that it’s not magnetic, so you have to really make sure you gently set your phone in the right way to make it charge. Also for some reason, it will not charge my wife’s brand new iPhone past 92% no matter what. We have deactivated the iPhone smart charging feature to make sure it wasn’t the iPhone doing it. Her phone charges fully on every other charger we’ve tried. Otherwise it’s a nice unit. She likes that it has an actual Apple Watch holder/charger, not just a port for one.

The iHome was a gift and worked well for the first 9-10 months. Then the LED lights in the middle died out. I tried to find customer service or some way to report the failure, but the iHome site is not customer friendly. I like the charging for my iPhone and watch, but the missing numbers on the clock are an irritation, especially at night when I wake up and want to know the time.

I love the multi-functionality of this item. The qi charging section works well and the watch charger also works quickly. I will say, a lot of people complain about the wireless phone charging doesn't work well, but I disagree. My wife has a normal phone case and it charges quickly. My phone case is much thicker so I wasn't expecting it to work, and it doesn't. However I simply plug a phone cord into the back USB port and it's all good.

I guess this station is ok because it does a lot but I was looking for something made by apple. I actually ended up returning it.

The charger is great for iPhone13 and below, but not for any Pro Max size iPhones and the digital screen burned out after 5 months on the two I owned. The watch charger was perfect though.

Great idea by whoever made this, I really liked it and wanted to keep it but I had to take it back. It wouldn’t consistently charge my phone with my case on, I think the camera on my phone(IPhone14 pro)sticks out too much to get a proper connection. I wasn’t a huge fan of how my watch set on the watch charger either but I could have lived with that. Depending on what phone you, this is a great product overall.

Nice display. Watch charger works well. The phone charger does not work with phone 12 pro max in thin case.

I brought this item, because of limited space on my night stand. It serves the purpose and i can charge my phone and watch at the same time and it gives me the time!

Does NOT work with any phone cases magsafe or not will NOT work.

I bought this in May 2021 and the lights are already going out on the clock is now Sept 2021
