    Very hard to program, not intuitive at all. Does charge phones ok though. Alarm cancel is very small

    Useless for a 91 year old no-tech lady. She was nothing but frustrated with it. All she wanted was a simple digital alarm clock. That's why we took it back.

    Not even 6 months after purchase and it just stopped working. Replaced power cord and still doesn’t work. Wasted my money on this purchase!

    Don't buy!!! Best buy offers only 18 days guaranty. The alarm clock display just turns off. Garbage. You lost a client.

    Wireless charging sucks. It would chage for a good 30 sec then wouldnt charge.

      There are several reasons why that might be happening. 1. The case on your phone is too thick, it is a metal case, or battery case, try removing the case.
      2. You phone vibrates when receiving notifications - phone might shift position and charging stops. Consider turning off vibration, turning on Do Not Disturb, or using a case to prevent movement.

    Exactly what our teenage daughter needed. She is pretty rough on charging cables so the wireless charging feature is really nice. Fantastic sound quality from the speaker as well.

    5 stars, even though I returned it, It appears to do everything it said it would do. Unfortunately I was searching for a clock RADIO for my wife and this came up. I liked the bluetooth, wireless charging and large clock digits; perfect for her sewing area! She could charge her phone while listening to her playlists when not listening to the radio. But, she does listen to the radio this does not have any radio function. Admittedly I was a bit rushed buying for Christmas and missed that detail, despite RADIO being a key word in my search criteria.

    Originally bought this as a gift and ended up keeping it for myself which has turned out great. Love the dual alarms and the colorful display.

    I really do like this clock. I like that the light is bright enough so that I can see in the middle of the night when I need to use the bathroom. I do not use it as an actual alarm though. I still use my phone alarm because the alarm on this clock is too low. Also the charging is really potty. It will say that it is charging, however in the middle of the night it will somehow stop. You have to place it exactly in the right spot which is not always the same.. The slightest movement will stop it from charging whether there is a case on it or not. That makes it really inconvenient when you just have to check something really fast.

    Product was supposed to be sent t a pick up place near my home, got notices that it was delayed, went to store instead to pick up, was not a problem, quick and easy pick up was available at Best Buy, very happy with my product, great price

    Pretty colorful clock. Cons Bluetooth is sometimey. Wireless charging is horrible. The sounds for the alarms would put me back to sleep. Overall this is really just good for the lights and the possible Bluetooth connection.
