The sounds are nicely done with no audible loop so everything sounds continuous. The lights do help me sleep too and wake up feeling refreshed. Setup was kinda complicated for what it is but just read the instructions and it’s not bad.

USB, Bluetooth, it’s not just an alarm clock! It connects to other devices and acts like a speaker. Very good choice.

I have two of these and each one of them went crazy. Couldn't get the lights to turn off or the sound. It was stuck so we had to unplug them and plug them back it then it worked fine again for about 1 month. That seems to be the main issue. This is happening more and more often.

Thought he could use the Bluetooth tech for taking phone calls since he has troubles hearing but volume level is worse than his external speaker on his phone. Also, light features seem pretty lame and/or dull. Pretty disappointed. Glad I got it on sale and didn’t pay full price.
