I would recommend minus the popping from the sub

You can’t go into the room without the connection going poor. It’s great for adding sound to a tv but as far as playing music throughout the house I’m not so sure.

Great for my Dad

He has a 50" Samsung TV and always has it turned up SO loud when I come over to visit. I recommended a sound bar since the stock speakers on his TV aren't the best. He had a little trouble hooking it up at first because his TV didn't have an optical port, but luckily he found one on his DISH receiver and everything was golden from there. He plans on buying two more, one for his bedroom and one for his cabin!
