However the instructions state the sound bar can be set up to be controlled by the TV remote, eliminating the extra remote. This feature did not work. It takes two remotes to watch a program, change channels, adjust sound.

IT HAS CHANGED EVERYTHING. I can hear what people are saying without having to rewind over and over. I love it, and highly recommend this sound bar.
