I like the esp anti-shock feature, which allows for smooth play. My only complaint is the sound level only goes up to 30.

The electronic skip protection is mid compared to sony's g-protection technology (1999). The included headphones are absolutely terrible, so just be ready with your own headphones. All of the buttons choose what function they want to execute. They do not work properly all the time. I would only recommend this as a backup.

The cheap included earphones are not worth using. Well made for the price. It skips too easily when not using the anti-skip mode. Keep anti-skip mode on. Definitely a great little player.
