I'm disappointed with this iMac because it's slower than my MacBook Pro and lags a lot. If you're just using it for light creative projects and office work, it wouldn't be so bad. However, if you use it every single day for heavy graphic intensive projects, photo editing, research, etc. and need multiple programs and tabs open simultaneously, this machine will be a bit disappointing. I'm bummed because my glitchy MacBook Pro runs faster than my brand new machine. I will probably go back to a MacBook Pro as soon as I get my money's worth out of this computer. It's a nice machine, but it makes my job more challenging by locking up and freezing more than I care to admit. I've been a Mac user for 20+ years, so it's not that I don't like their products. Personally, I just feel Apple missed the mark on this one for visual and graphic designers who rely heavily on their machines to design and create every single day.

Amazing, I have gotten 3-5 computers for UT Staff here in Richmond. Customer Service is a big plus for me and ill keep going back.

I had an OLD Mac, it was definitely time to upgrade! The graphics and speed are great.

The 24" M-1 powered iMac is an amazing machine and far better than the 2009 iMac it replaced. Everything on the former computer transferred to this one and it interfaces with Mac laptop and iPhone. BTW the Mac packing box is a work of art in itself.

Sisto of the geek squad installed my new iMac and printer. he did an excellent job. explaining everything to me. I was lucky as this was my second encounter with sisto. I'm so grateful he used ordinary language to explain things to me.

Went to purchase a new Imac24. The customer service personnel was very polite and knew general knowledge of the system. I wanted a pacific color but was not an option at that time due to manufactures release. But color doesn't stop the overall rating of the computer

I am very happy with this new iMac, beautiful and functional. My biggest concern was the number of ports and as it turns out, it isn't a concern at all. Adapters help with the transition.

So far I am happy with my purchase. I still need to learn moe about different features. I had my last one for several years and knew how to use it. Now I still can not figure out how to scan and email on this one; even the the technician showed me.

I have always been a windows guy! I decided recently that I wanted to switch to Apple and both the 24" iMac with Retina 4.5 display- Apple M1 8GB Memory-512SSD-with/touchID Blue Best decision I ever made. This unit is super fast, quiet and intuitive

Apple products are always great and this mac was advertised at a great savings.

The new iMac is great except ya want more ram at least 16g . The computer is great for small task and home use..

Works great easy to install great voice recognition looks great doesn't take up alot of room

you worked above expectations in getting us the computer quickly and setting it up and training us through our Geek Squad contract. An A+

Suffice it to say that this new iMac lives up to it promo features. I am not a Mac user. My wife is. Even I, almost an octogenarian, successfully unboxed and got the computer set up relatively easily with its new C slots and docking/hub devices.

Always an Apple fan. Delivery was seamless. Out of the box -just as expected.
