much faster then my old imac the screen size is bigger nice and vibrant

This is a wonderful upgrade. The display and overall design is extremely amazing...you'll love having it in your home. Nice little features like Touch ID built right into the keyboard. Very thin, doesn't overwhelm your desk space.

Beautiful design, super fast Mac. I enjoy using this everyday, apple knocked it out of the park again. My only complaint would be the lack of ports but that can be fixed easily.

A welcomed upgrade to my 2015 21.5” iMac. More speedy. Easy setup. Convenient touch keyboard. Had to buy an additional adapter since this device is USB-C and my other devices still use USB.

The stand is not the best. Sort of scary to have around kids- if you have them. Nevertheless- iMac’s are sleek and appealing. It’s easy to confuse the system with art. The packaging is second to none and the quality LED screen makes working so much easier. I work in education so I need various programs open at the same time and I never experience delays. My only issue is that it was large enough. 24 is great 27 is greater and maybe 32 would have been outstanding. Idk.

No buyers regret here! I love the blue color and the touch id is addictive. I only wish that I special ordered the 1TB because I have so many photos. Get it while you can!

Right out of the box I was impressed. As always, Apple packs everything so well. Set up was a breeze and I was off and running. Amazingly fast speed makes the only thing that slows me up is my old fingers! I’m 74 and this is my first iMac. I have used and still using my iPhone 13 and iPad, but wow, this heaven for people living in heaven already. Great machine, now my wife knows where I will be all day. I love it and Best Buy was a great way to purchase. 5 stars

Great computer so much easier to work with , l truly recommend this for anyone, lm enjoying every minute of it and it was worth buying, also great picture and graphics. My wife and l had been waiting to buy one and finally we got it and we’re so glad , l encourage people to buy one , you will not be disappointed.

I LOVE this desktop. Bought it April 2024 to upgrade my mac laptop to play sims on a bigger screen and I still have plenty of storage even after downloading the game and all my custom content and mods with little to no lag. Not sure if game mode makes a difference but love that that's an option. The mouse is nice, but the lack of physical left and right buttons makes using it for gaming nonexistent.

Set up was less than 10 minutes...I wish I had switched to Apple years ago. It reboots quickly and has great security options. The screen quality is so vivid with true colors and seamless transitions.I recommend this system to anyone who wants reliability and speed.

I have absolutely 0 complaints about this computer. I've had it two years now and it's one of my favorite purchases I've ever made. It's fast (I'm a graphic designer so I have a lot of stuff on my computer), it's beautiful and it's efficient.

Clean, sleek look and color, minimal equipment. Easy to set-up if you have an Apple email already. Reasonable price with set monthly payment.

This is more of a review of Best Buy's customer service. I'll quickly review the iMac. Apple quality is always top notch and here is no different. This was replacing a 2009 iMac that finally seen it's last day. The amount of RAM could be more but it surpasses my 15 year old machine and would highly recommend this machine. Especially for the price it was on sale for. NOW FOR BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE...I ordered this on a Wednesday. They had 2 options, delivery on Thursday or Friday. I chose Thursday. Thursday comes...no delivery. Friday comes...no delivery. I contact Best Buy Friday evening and they assured me it would be shipping out that night and arrive the next morning. Saturday comes...no delivery! I contact them again and they said they would contact me in 24 hours. Guess what? Sunday comes and no contact! I call on Monday and they tell me they will contact me in 3 hours. Surprise...no call! I call later in the night and the level of excuses went to a new level including blaming the eclipse that happened earlier that day! I had enough! I told them to refund my money and I'll pick it up at a store somewhat close to me. They said they couldn't do that. I asked them to contact the store locally and change my order to pickup...nope! The only thing they kept saying is that they would let me know by the 18th if it can be shipped even thought the money was already taken out. If not then I would be refunded my money 7 to 10 business days after. I said that would be close to 3 weeks of Best Buy taking over $1000 out of my account. So then to not delay the return of my money any longer I told them to cancel my order immediately to which they responded they could not until my item was shipped which is what I have been asking them to do all this time! I asked multiple times and they would never let me speak with a Supervisor saying they would only tell me the same thing. I was going to contact my bank the next day to see what they could do and finally I get the update that the item was finally picked up for shipping. No contact from anyone at Best Buy, just a notification from UPS. With the dates that were promised I was to be home as you need to sign for an item like this but as they shipped it out so late it was to arrive on a day I was at work so I had to pay UPS to accept delivery. When I arrive to pick this up, the person at UPS was surprised it did ship as all Best Buy did was stick a label on the iMac box. No outer box, packing materials...nothing. He explained that normally the driver wouldn't or shouldn't have taken it because of possible damage in transit. Am I glad I got a good deal on this iMac, yes but I can honestly say without any doubt that this will be my final "bigger" purchase online with Best Buy. I found out later that the same deal was on Woot and actually $50 cheaper! With the horrible outsourced customer service, lies and excuses...I can see a lot of customers looking elsewhere for their needs.

I finally had to ditch my old 27" imac, but I loved the big screen so much I wanted to wait for the 27 inch version with the M1 chip. Well, discovered I was waiting in vain, so I finally upgraded. After a week I wondered why I waited so long. I hardly notice the smaller screen anymore. The computer is fantastic. It is so fast and looks so nice on my desk. The process of upgrading was easy with the Best Buy TotalTech membership. (A real bargain, BTW.)

I upgrade my iMac and am so pleased with this new one. So much fast and slimmer. Extremely easy to start using right away.

Am amazing computer! Vast improvement over old I Mac on speed, retina display, and overall features. No problem with migration from old I Mac.

Upgraded from a mid-2011 iMac. Speed is incredible, it boots faster than my old one could wake up from sleep mode! Lots of subtle changes over the years so takes a bit to get everything up and running the way I want. I thought Touch ID was a gimmick, but now I love it. Keyboard is a bit chiclet-ty, but functions smoothly. Both keyboard and mouse have to be 'charged'. But charge lasts for week or more.
