    This vacuum is not powerful at all. We have to go over the area multiple times for it to vacuum the dust particles. It stops suddenly while vacuuming. Happening very frequently. We checked the cords, power outlet - no problem with power supply, cords weren't pulled or disconnected. So we think it is the vacuum itself not working. The pictures show like it is cordless hand vacuum. But it is corded, so very inconvenient as well. We are returning this product.

    When I received the vacuum I thought it was a toy , small , but when I used it for the first time I found out that this vacuum is for real. It really does a good job .
