    This vacuum has more of a flimsy feel to it. It doesn’t have great suction. And there are sharp points inside the canister so be careful cleaning it out. I did puncture my index and middle finger. It was too late to return.

    Item did not pick up dirt off carpet. I needed something that got dog hair also. So I had to return this.

    I bought this in the open box program and I will never buy open box again the box was so damaged and the vacuum was missing parts as also the quality would have not been worth the price if new.Not to often I am disappointed with the product I buy from Best Buy online but this time they let me down.Sorry hate to be negative
