The Geek Squad agents disconnected my new gaming PC (that weighed 45+ lbs and packed it for return to the manufacturer for replacement) and reconnected my previous gaming PC and made sure if had all it’s previous functionality! The speed and efficiency with which this was all accomplished was amazing and gratifying. They were likewise courteous and professional and listened and responded to all my concerns. I am very happy with the entire experience.

The technician arrived earlier than expected which was nice. He was so nice and patiently answered all of my questions, sometimes more than once. He transferred everything from my old computer and I am very pleased with my new computer

Geek’s squad was great with the slowness of the data transfer. The computer was over 10 years old that they were transferring the data from, it was very slow. They tried everything they knew to get the data over to the new in a timely fashion. They were great, patient and kept me informed the entire time.

The Geek Squad technician connected my old hard drive to the new hard drive and transferred all the data required. This was done extremely efficiently. The technician was very skilled at his job and explained many things to us regarding the Windows 11 operating system.

Chaz our technician was a pleasure to deal with. He is totally knowledgeable about our needs and transferring all of our data to the new system. He went out of his way to help with my passwords and setting up all the emails and installing our new Microsoft updates. He was very patient and totally agreeable to our every need.

The Geek representative Mr. Phillip was fantastic. In every way. Experts like Mr. Phillip K. are why I continue to use Geek services. However, the new system of booking a Geek rep is NOT good. Decentralizing it to an Indian local is very bad indeed. On a number of levels it’s not a good idea. Bring back the American New York call/booking center

The Geek Squad is a wonderful service with timely alerts of arrival times, respectful use of shoe coverings, efficient yet instructive Installation of a computer. Serviceman was polite and careful to thoroughly ensure all devices were "talking" to each other.

Hector was courteous and extremely helpful. I had had the data transferred at the store but needed his services to make the new computer operational since all the cords had changed size and no longer worked with my CD player, my back-up device, etc. etc. I had to order a new piece of equipment to be able to use my new computer properly but nobody told me that until Hector. He also told me that Best Best had sold me a computer with the exact same amount of memory even though I had specifically said that my problem with my old computer was that I was running out of memory and I needed more memory. I FEEL LIKE BEST BUY DECEIVED ME BUT HECTOR TOLD ME THE TRUTH. HE SHOULD GET A RAISE. I should have gotten a new computer.
