The agent who installed the new computer as well as the new monitor informed me prior to his visit and he arrived on time. He installed both the computer and the monitor and was very professional and considerate. He explained some new features and that was so helpful to me. Excellent team member!!

The technician installed my new computer and transferred my data very well. He was helpful in showing me what he did and how I could best use the new equipment. However, scheduling an appt. was not easy and Best Buy's new pay-up-front policy was very inconvenient as I had to go into the store to make the appt. as I HAD NO COMPUTER - MINE HAD DIED!

The Geek Squad was a great help on transferring data from old to new PC I purchased. They worked with me several times getting new PC set-up. They even came to my home to help find lost files.

The geek squad guys NEVER make me feel stupid since I am not computer savy. He answered all my questions and showed me how to do some things. This install was the second time this year he came to take care of my computer needs and I will ALWAYS use geek squad when I have problem. I am sorry that I forgot his name.

Scheduled to take computer in for data transfer on a Saturday, told it would take 1-2 days to perform. Told I would be emailed but pointed out they had my computer and had no access to my email. Was told I would be sent a text instead. By Tuesday had no contact from Best Buy. I called and found out the service was completed on Sunday but of course they sent and email, NOT a text as promised they would do. The actual service of transfer of data to a new computer was done pretty well.

It had been 10 years since I set up a new computer, so I was a bit intimidated and scheduled Geek Squad. The tech was competent and very nice. My only complaint is that when I scheduled, I requested setup and data transfer, and apparently they only scheduled data transfer, so the tech had to charge me extra and did not have the time to transfer all my photos and music. I will have to have someone out again or else transfer everything to an external drive and take my computer over to the store to get it done for another $99.

The Geek Squad technician connected my old hard drive to the new hard drive and transferred all the data required. This was done extremely efficiently. The technician was very skilled at his job and explained many things to us regarding the Windows 11 operating system.

I am 100% pleased with the Geek Squad! The gentleman arrived on time and called ahead of time to let me know approximately when he would be at my house. He quickly set up my new computer and printer and set up my Windows 11 for me and explained everything that I had questions about. So happy with everything! Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The tech, who had done two prior in-home visits to solve a complex printer issue and a multi-media integration issue, managed to rescue a huge amount of data from a non-operational, no longer supported computer. The recovered data was invaluable for both personal and business purposes. I’ll continue to rely on the Geek Squad and this particular Tech for my high level computer needs in the future.

The Geek Squad agents disconnected my new gaming PC (that weighed 45+ lbs and packed it for return to the manufacturer for replacement) and reconnected my previous gaming PC and made sure if had all it’s previous functionality! The speed and efficiency with which this was all accomplished was amazing and gratifying. They were likewise courteous and professional and listened and responded to all my concerns. I am very happy with the entire experience.
