the guy called and said he would be at a certain and he nailed the time to the minute. he sat down with my kid and help transfer all the data from one computer to another for his schooling. asked him question about how he was going to use and configured the machine to his needs -- another great job

Your recent change to your scheduling made it very difficult to get an appointment and one appointment was skipped by and we had to make another appointment. Some appointments were not confirmed! On our first appointment it was for hooking up the printer but the laptop had not been hooked up and information not transferred yet, so another appointment had to be made. Once we had the printer hooked up and info transferred to the laptop not all info was transferred so then we needed another appointment. We bought the equipment late October and finally got it all transfers by the end of November.
