I originally ordered the service so that I could have an in-home installation (in-home setup and data transfer, but the Geek Squad tech said that he would have to stay overnight if I wanted my data to the new PC. And he recommended having the data transferred at a Best Buy—for free (my in-home transfer cost would have been $200). I took his advice and cancelled the in-home service

the agent moved the data from my old (2012) Dell All-on-One to my new one. he was on time, professional, competent, and generally thorough. He missed a couple of items, but that may have been my oversite.
