    Our tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He performed the duties professionally. Unfortunately I still cannot get the wireless printer to work. It keeps saying that there is an error. Can we remedy this? Thanks, Chuck

    Best Buy came to set up my computer, and transfer data. They set my computer up. But never transfered my data. They made an appointment to come back and transfer my data. Only to have them cancel the appointment again. This is the worse company to do businness with. I hate having anything to do with Best Buy...
