    Took numerous trips and on one day, no one called and on the day of the app't, no one showed up.

    Best Buy came to set up my computer, and transfer data. They set my computer up. But never transfered my data. They made an appointment to come back and transfer my data. Only to have them cancel the appointment again. This is the worse company to do businness with. I hate having anything to do with Best Buy...
