    Terrible experience! 2 in person visits after which I was told to go to the store for further help, which didn’t then told to call help number, don’t 2 hrs on phone which only helped partially. Went back to the store and no resulutions. Had to figure out problems myself. Back to the store because I was iriuyold I could get a refund if my data transfer was less than I paid for,again I was told Ihad to argue with the phone help. I didn’t bother because it was apparent I wouldn’t get anywhere. Again very unhappy with the service.
