Geek Squad technician, Frederick is excellent!

He is knowledgeable, courteous, and an absolute professional. He spent the time needed to help us resolve our computer problem and recommended a solution which we are extremely happy with. Geek Squad Installed External Backup Hard Drive

She was professional, patient, and very competent. She was also a great teacher - explaining what was going on and why she was doing what she was doing. Afterwards, everything worked like a charm. Being a TotalTech member is a great, no-brained investment.

He even showed me another way to play Spider Solitaire! He set up important apps for me so I could just go to them. I couldn’t be more pleased. Your workers are excellent!

Best Teamwork Ive Ever Seen

I basically had to replace my desktop, printer, mouse, keyboard pad within 3 months' time. I am very happy I buy almost everything is new now!! Thanks Best Buy! Guys, you are the best at what you do, every day of every week.
