GeekSquad is AMAZING!!! After struggling to setup an Xbox and Flight Simulation system (I am not familiar with these type of electronics), I contacted GeekSquad for help. They set up an appointment based on my schedule/convenience within the week. First of all, their communication is 110%. I received text notifications every step of the process, a thorough Checklist of what needed to be prepared on my end and a phone call right before arrival which I appreciated. The GeekSquad associate arrived and after 3 hours of assistance (setup, updates, troubleshooting etc), did his upmost to resolve any issues and make sure everything was in order. He made sure that I had a clear understanding of how to proceed forward. He also gave me direct contact info to my local Best Buy GeekSquad for any future assistance. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and quality service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially to other like myself who are not as tech savy. Definitely a 20 out of 10 stars. GeekSquad's really takes the stress and anxiety out of getting setup properly for entertaining use. Thank you GeekSquad.

We had what I thought was a difficult game setup. Our TV is mounted on a stone fireplace. Jesús and Edward ran the cords through the stone into a hidden cabinet in the other side. EXPERT WORK and we couldn’t be more grateful!

The queek squad came to my home and hooked up my new ps4 1tb, plus they showed me how to do things that i didn't know! Now my handicapped son can play all his games, we were able to keep his same account, so he has all his games old and new and online if he wants and playstation plus! Very grateful for the kind service and showing my son a few things he didn't know! Excellent, thanx geek squad! Now i have to bring in my chromebook for in store things that i might not know! Geek squad is the best service ever!

I'll be honest, I paid to have them come out here because I had them install one of those wall mounts where the cable cords go through the wall. I couldn't get my switch cords through it so they came out and helped. I've also used geek squad to install and mount a sound bar and TV. I would highly recommend using them again!

Great service with tech's who know exactly what they are doing so I can get the best set up with my system and connections to my home theater for the atmos sound!

The Geeks are Great! I’m 70yrs old and computers and games are fun ONLY if you have the right tech to set em up! My “geek tech” was the best!

My daughter and her friends love the xbox with fortnite and the headset to talk to their "team". Will say the Geek Squad tech Matt that came out to set up did a great job and even gave advice about what options I had with my internet "dead spots" which unfortunately my cable provider had yet to fix. Thank you for the great service, worth the money!!!!

Geek Squad installed our son's game station and programmed a new universal remote. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and programmed everything so quickly! He was polite and professional. Great service!

I want to point out how helpful getting help for setting up an appointment. When I figured out how to get my sound back on PlayStation it was very easy to cancel and get my refund. Everyone involved was pleasant.
