One of those classic movies I love re-watching. It's got a little bit of everything and makes for a great movie night.

Love this movie. I bought it for my mother who watches it faithfully every year on July 4 on her VHS copy. She needed an upgrade.

I can't believe the price! And it comes with a movie ticket. Plus this is an upgrade from the last blu Ray version

I actually saw this movie in its opening weekend and it was pretty cool. Seeing it again brings back good memories however it seemed a lot longer than I remember it. Looking forward to part 2!

Independence Day is a perfect lazy, turn the brain off alien invasion movie. A lot of mindless fun. Audio and video are near reference quality. Definitely recommended.

Aliens from outer space taking over earth great sci-fi movie definitely a plus to hold in your DVD collection

I wanted to watch this before I saw the new release. it really did help for the follow through on the new movie.

Good acting, though like most of Will Smith's movies. Good movie to get some popcorn and relax for the evening. Fast enough pace, but not so fast that if you blink you'll miss something to understand.

Still an excellent film years later. Lots of fun. Refreshing my memory for the sequel that is coming in the next year!

Great movie but not that much of improvement with 4k over Blu-ray , at least with this movie. Save your money and buy it on Blu-ray if you must have it.
