    I am an ex-user of the now defunct Living Cookbook recipe manager. I still miss several LC2015 features, but since the validation tool is dead, wanted something to replace before I lost my years of hard work. Had issues with exporting due to a bug in LC and thought I was stuck and needing to start over. MasterCook customer service took my backup file and converted it with no issues the same day. Impressed!!!

    This software package does everything that it says it does but very simply put, "is not pretty." In the age of Apple and Google most software that we run into today is very polished in the aesthetic sense of the word. However, the lack of curb appeal should not scare you away from this item because it is very useful but with that being said I'm sure there is an app out there that does more for less.
