This download did not work. I wasted nearly 2.5 hours trying to work with Geek Squad to get it fixed. Then I wasted another 3.5 trying to get a refund. Ultimately, I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and Kansas Attorney General.

I can't get this program loaded, it has been a waste time & money. I contact support with the details of the problem and I received a generic email back which was no help.

Product is outdated , you are better off with a pre made template. Best Buy offered no refund even after 5min of use.
