This is our first baby monitor purchase. When looking for a baby monitor we were looking for something that was not Wi-Fi enabled for security purposes as well as a good quality. As soon as we plugged it in camera images were clear on the monitor. Set it up in the nursery and the husband and I tested it out for two way communication in our home and it sounded great. Super easy to set up. Just plugged it in and powered both on they both connected right away. Can’t wait to use it for when baby comes.

I’m on my fourth child but third baby monitor in the last 6 years. I’ve never had an infant optics monitor before but right out of the box this monitor seemed like such a great choice. So easy to set up, took me minutes. Great size and great clarity. Easy to understand menu options and I love the volume/brightness and sleep/on/off buttons easily accessible at the top. I also run an Im home daycare so this camera will be put to lots of use. Looking forward to adding cameras and using the scan mode.

My sister has the Original DXR-8 and loved it so we decided to buy the DXR-8 Pro. What an upgrade! The volume and brightness adjustment each have their own buttons on the Pro versus having to go into the menu on the Original to adjust them. The resolution on the Pro is great too. The images of the baby are clearer than on the Original, especially at night. We also love the wider screen on the Pro and the new ANR option. Infant Optics makes it so easy to setup and use their cameras. Would recommend!

Amazing! our old monitor recently broke after 21 months and we needed a new one. after doing some research we decided to spend a little extra money to get this one and i am so glad we did! the graphics is amazing! i love that it has the temperature and time on the screen as well! we decided on the PRO because of the larger screen (so much better in my opinion). Definitely recommend!

Peace of mind since I received it. I could take a shower, sleep baby in room while i clean the house and do many things peacefully knowing I Can see and hear baby on monitor. Ive had this monitor about a month and I really like it :) the image is real clear like a camera and has a big screen. I had a previous samsung monitor that lasted 7 yrs couldnt believe it. I really hope this one lasts the same or more years.

This works great , I highly recommend it , I use it to monitor my mom that has Alzheimer’s and dementia when not in same room , the sound is perfect

We are on our second one of these monitors. The first broke because my son threw it. It is the BEST baby monitor we’ve owned. The night vision is so clear that you can see your child’s breathing while they sleep

This monitor works so well. Screen is a good size and very clear. Nice feature to be able to adjust the brightness. Also love that it shows the temperature in the room!

Works well for what it is, might be overpriced for the features

Temp reader is accuarate. My lil runs hot at night, and ut will wake him. Keeping bis room perfect for him is so important.

So far this is camera is great! The quality of the camera is excellent, even at night. I like being able to move the camera from the base unit in case it needs to be adjusted or zoomed in. The monitor pings you if the camera becomes unplugged for some reason. Definitely would recommend this camera to friends.

There were a lot of small components in the packaging, but don’t let it fool you - the set up was incredibly easy. Everything was already paired for you and we were up and running after 5 mins. We can’t wait to use this with our newborn. I haven’t used it so I can’t comment on longevity and quality. But as soon to be first time parents, the less hassle the better.

Great non Wi-Fi baby monitor. I would do 3.5 stars if I could. Battery leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t know why they didn’t put in a better battery pack. Not sure if there is a mod for it, but keeping it plugged in is not too much of a problem. Good sound so you can hear easily enough in an open space.

Very dependable. Connection is strong with very good range. Battery life is good, and can be better if you use the right functions on within the device. Noise filtering is great and allows only the baby's noise to trigger the device.

After dealing with a horrible camera for months, we were on a hunt for something better. We came across this camera that had nothing but amazing reviews so we pulled the trigger and oh my....this is an absolutely fantastic camera! Picture is amazing and the sound is great! Definitely would buy again when we have our 2nd child!

This camera is amazing i strongly recommend it. Camera set up is easy, battery life is good enough to get through the night. Video quality could be better but its good enough to see what my son is up to. Overall i highly recommend this camera.

I have started using mine for about a week now and I love it. The image quality it great. I like that the monitor will stay on for longer than 30 secs like my old one. There are so many different options that i am still learning everyday. Wish I got this one when I had my daughter 2 years ago.
