I'm 6 ft tall and the chair is too small for me. The rollers don't go all the way up to my neck and my legs are too long to fit into the leg piece - you never feel relaxed. The airbags for the calves aren't powerful enough. The back rollers are not comfortable - actually quite painful. I thought for the money this chair would be as good or better than the ones in the mall open areas but those are much better. Maybe I needed to upgrade to a better quality chair.

Don't Buy Unless You Can Move 350lbs.

Well Guys, I have no clue. Best Buy reassured me it would be delivered via "white glove" well it got delivered last Wednesday and it's still sitting in my living room, in the same box. I guess I have to go to (cough, cough) Best Buy to try and have them either do "white glove" or pick it up. It weighs 350lbs and for a dude that's 65 years old and has at least 3 herinated disks in the back. I can't do anything other than stop payment and hopefully pick up the 350lbs box. And I was hoping so much, sad.

One of the best investments you can make for yourself and your family. So relaxing, only issue is to figure out all the various buttons and what they actually do.

Can’t beat the quality and cost

I love this chair for the money. I am 6’2 and it give a great over all massage. In order to do a deep tissue neck and should massage for me I use the manual settings and move the rollers to the spot of need.

Great Chair. All that we needed in my family! As all the options we needed with great glute, neck, and foot massage.
