I purchased this item in hopes of being some what hands free but it's not you still have to hold it. It's very bulky I didn't look that big when I purchased it I do like the massaging feature. The heat feature is not that great. It's very minimal and I'd like more heat. Overall, I would still recommend the product.

I own one of these and use it daily. Its great for neck and shoulder but also lower back and quads! Heat feels amazing as well.

When I first opened the box, I thought that I might have to return it. It looks big and heavy ! When I begin to use it, it is not heavy or big. It sits comfortably on my shoulder and it is easier moving it around . I love it! Using it a few times a week.

I have a good bit of stress knots in my upper back and this has been great with helping with the pains/aches. I bought a dupe from Amazon and it stopped working in the first week. This has been a work horse so far with no issues.

When i get home from work after a stressful day, i sit on the couch and put the Infinity behind me and turn it on. It actually feel like there is a person with very strong hands massaging my back. I feel great afterward. So easy to take it with you when you go into another room.

This is a must have if you have back problems. I love the portablity, battery life. It has plenty of power and it has a quality built. A must have for back issues of and hard workers.
