Wonderful massage chair. Got it in the brown/tan and it is truly lovely. The color isn’t too dark and acts like an accent chair to the entire room. The chair feels so luxurious. Used it for a week so far and all the auto settings are great. Absolutely love the airbag function. Also, be careful when installing. The arm panels are very heavy as well as the leg massage. This is a very heavy massage chair. When this was delivered, the person said this was ~500 pounds. Overall, a very straightforward install but took long due to how heavy it was.

This is a incredible machine. It packed many advance features. First day I used it I was dispointed because I can feel any relieve from it ! My neck / shoulder still sore and my cal muscle also sore. But next day I explore it's many features then I found how to make it work for me by removed head/neck pading . It can be better though that is why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. It will be wonderful if it can SAVE mulit user's setting. Hope in near future there is updated remote control that I can to buy that have a save feature on it.

Excellent chair...does exactly what you would expect from a premium chair. Took about 30 minutes to put the 3 pieces together. delivery was good. SIze and color is true. Got it for nearly half price.

This chair has so many customizable features. Im a foot taller than my wife and I like deep tissue where she prefers a lighter touch. We both love this chair.

Theres nothing to like when ONLY 1 if 3 boxes are delivered and no matter how many times you call and no matter who you speak to its WEEKS before you can get your item “returned” and “redlivered”. How can a truck be loaded with only 1 box out of 3 when the boxes are so clearly marked? To make it even worse i have a piece of an unassembled chair i cant use sitting in my house for WEEKS. Dont corget customer service is useless when it comes to understanding the item was partially delivered

I have this chair in my home office and it was the best decision of my life. My wife first said she would never sit in it and now she is in it twice a day! Certinly worth the money! my brother bought one the next day after he sat in mine.

Was looking to spend some leftover money i had and I seen this pretty good looking massage chair. I will say the one part it lacked is how much you can change the intensity, otherwise pretty amazing.
