I've only had it for a couple of months. I like it for my heavy duty shredding. The basket holds quite a bit.

It shreds great, even CDs and CCs like it says. My only very small complaint is when you're shreadung something small if you don't lint it up perfectly it takes two or three tries to get the shredder going.

I have been using my shredder for a couple of weeks in my home office. It works great. It works better than any other paper shredder that I have used at work. If you get one you will be happy with it.

Tired of tearing my credit card statements into little pieces and using different trash cans, I decided to buy THIS thing because it was so inexpensive and WOW - just what the doctor ordered.

Paper hard to feed, you have to push it in about an inch and not straight down, but more front to back, thanks to a safety shield some lawyer made them put on it. I didn't think the pieces were small enough so I returned it and purchased a micro-cut instead. Also, it's pretty small.

It works great on all the paper products we use. It stopped mid way through on the very first credit card I tried to shred in it. This is disappointing, because, it's the reason we bought the new shredder in the first place.

I bought this a couple of days ago and since then I've been using it to shred up basically everything. I love how it has the ability to go in reverse in case of a paper jam. The only thing that's a little bit annoying is the sound that it makes when it tears a CD/DVD apart. It's quite loud and teeth grinding, but other than that--EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!!

It over heated. I had to turn it off for over an hour before it worked again. Over heats frequently. Once it cooled down I continued.

I bought this shredder because I needed something which would not jam and I have not been disappointed! 10 pages shredded with ease. It also is nice for destroying old CD-ROM and DVD-ROM discs.

I haven't had this that long but it is a great value for the price and it does do the job. It shreds credit cards with ease and does shred multiple sheets at one time. I haven't tried the maximum number of sheets yet but so far so good.

AS I AM A TRUCK DRIVER I HAD THREE YEARS OF DAILY FILES TO SHRED AS MY OLD ONE HAD BURT UP. I SHREDED OVER 100 POUNDS OF OFFICE FILES IN 14 HOURS WITH NO ISSUES AND NO OVER HEATING

We used this product to empty a very large bin of items to be shred and the machine handled the whole bin with ease. I felt safe in letting one of my kids assist me in shredding the paper. Very pleased with this product.

This product works well, much heavier than my last shredder, and it is ridiculously loud!! It sounds like its about to stop working at any time, I'm not sure if that is a defect or thats just the way it sounds. But it gets the job done.

This shredder has been pretty good so far. The only thing that I would say that is negative about it is that the opening is just b-a-r-e-l-y wide enough for most things you will be shredding so you have to hit it JUST right. Other than that, I've had no problems with it. I usually only feed it about 8 sheets at a time, however, because it does slow the shredding down considerably, though it still gets it done. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to someone.

The shredder is the most used appliance in my home, my old one gave me good service for many years. I'm quite sure the INIT will too.

it slices. it dices. doesn't do anything else. evidently the first 3 sentences weren't enough for the genius that programmed this web page. Seriously Best Buy, your website is among the worst .com's I've ever visited.

Haven't had it long, but put it to the test immediately with a stack of paper that needed shredded. It didn't hesitate, didn't get stuck and sounded very powerful. Very pleased at this point!

The shredder is a great value for the price. It is easy to use and sets up easy in any location. I would recommend this product to any family or friend.

Great product especially for in home use. I love the cross cut feature versus the strips. It make me feel more secure about the documents I choose to shred. This one also shreds credit cards easily, even though only one at time.

We bought the shredder for home use. Wanted a cross cut shredder. This product does what it says it will do and is a good value for the home user.
