This charger wouldn’t charge itself! Returned it!

It took a full day to get from about 73% (that was what it was on out of the box it came in). I tried 3 different times and different ways. I took this back to the store because clearly, there was something wrong with it!

Terrible! Wouldn't charge, or Turn on
