Great backup power! Very reliable. Gives me approximately 2 full charges on my Google Pixel 8 Pro. The form factor is a plus as well as it it neither bulky nor heavy!

It does the job as advertised but it is described as credit card size, which it i but very much thicker than expected.

I couldn't get my universal adapter to work at a hotel in Ireland. This came in cery handy.

This one stops at 79% will not fully get to 100% charge.

It is small but heavy, too heavy for a pants pocket and only charges the phone 1 and 1/2 times. Returned it to Best Buy and the woman at the return desk was somewhat rude. I have not had a good experience at this store and would not refer anyone to this store!

I bought this around black friday on discount and charged it to 100% as soon as I got it and putbit in my bag. Then when i come to use it weeks later, found out none of the USB-C will charge oy iPhone 15 Pro max, rvrn tried different USB-C cables. Tried charging another iPhone with a USB-a to lightning cable and it fors not charge either. Sent them 3 different emails over a week with no response. Called them during business hours 9AM - 6PM M-F, called them at 10AM ET and everytime as soon as it rings, it goes to an automatic message saying no agent is available and ask tou to leave a message. What kind of real business/compnay do not have a queue and just tell you to leave a message? Its a scam product!

Do not buy it. I charged it as soon as I got it. I bought it for a Disney trip. The charger doesn’t go up after it reaches 74%. I took it to Disney and changed one time to my phone and then the power bank showed 0%. It didn’t go up any more. The 3 years warranty from the seller is a joke. After asking a lot of questions they said they don’t carry this model anymore. They don’t take responsibility at all.

The power bank is very tiny. Don't know how they were able to pack 10,000mAh into this body. Great product!
