Insignia Roku tv

They need to change the remote. You need to have a Roku account. I was trying to set one up but the Roku website was down. Finally figured out how to set up my cable box after an hour. And I am pretty good at tech stuff. Hopefully Roku comes back online so that I could watch Netflix.
