This tv is ok. I just dont like the fact that every time i turn the tv on, i have to choose for the cable box to come on the tv. Its a tv. It should automatically come on to that setting

I seen the ad in the Sunday paper and went to the nearby Bestbuy to look at the models they had on sale. I was very pleased with the product and value. It also had the WIFi Smart feature.

The tv was great until the latest software update from Roku. Now the television won’t stay connected to wifi. Roku support will have you thinking it’s your wifi. It is not. I have a chromecast plugged into one of the hdmi ports. It is connected to the wifi and is working just fine. Now, we can only use the tv through the chromecast which is unfortunate

Purchased for daughters dorm, won't work with type of wireless network the school has and does not have Ethernet cable capability. I think looks like it would have been a good tv otherwise

Read tons of reviews, got for a great price at open box and geek squad approved. Apparently they don't test the wifi connection, as it didn't work after a soft and hard reset of the tv. This is probably why it was brought back in the first place. Gave it a shot with open box, never again and if you pay attention the open box price is normally more expensive than the same item on sale. No good best buy! But I still love you

My own dislike,on a huge level is the wifi ability it's almost as if the wifi feature doesn't work. When scanning for my network it wouldn't pick it up even when I put the tv right next to the modem/router. After an hour of wrestling it finally located my network and finished set up process but it's laggish compared to my cell phone and other devices. For the price it's ok but I'm thinking this is defective somehow.

Purchased this for the spare bedroom in our home and for a variety of reasons did not set it up until a few months after purchase. Turned it on to begin set up, and the screen was blue. I had to spend at least an hour on the phone with Insignia customer service because they wouldn't listen to me that the screen was blue and there was no way to get to settings to do any changes of any kind. Finally, when the understood that the screen was blue and nothing was showing up at all, they said "Oh well, there is nothing we can do for you.". I am so angry - brand new out of the box and there is nothing they can do for me. That was it. That was the response - when I said he needed to reach out to his boss, the customer service rep. just kept saying,
"I understand you are frustrated, but there is nothing more we can do." SOOOOO....I tried calling Best Buy where I purchased this from, and I got a machine that kept asking me questions and asking me to repeat myself until finally sent me to a customer service rep. What did the rep do after I explained I wanted to talk about returning the TV? Sent me back to Insignia. I am sooooo angry!!!
