We bought this microwave for our daughter who was going off to college. After researching the available items in the market, we saw this microwave, and thought the price was right. After using it for 4 months now, our daughter loves it. It is small enough for a dorm room, but has all the attributes of a larger microwave, of defrost, heating, cooking settings, etc. Good buy!

Well my microwave had just gave away so I needed another small one nothing too big or fancy. So I went to bestbuy looking for a deal. Then I came across this microwave which was originally $69.99 it was small enough and light for what I needed. As I went to the checkout the bestbuy employee then scanned it and checked it online and got it for $49.99. This is the best bang for your buck. Does exactly what a microwave is suppose to do, re-heat your food.

My wife and I were looking for a small microwave that had get rating and offered all of the quick reference buttons for defrost and popcorn. Works like a charm. Quiet and pwoerful. If you do t want to spend alot and want something that last. get this.

I have a small kitchen and my old microwave was a full sized microwave that took up a large amount of cabinet space and seemed out of place because of its size. Shopped around and found this smaller sized unit but was hesitant because it is 700 watts but heats up just as fast as my old 1000 watt. Easy to use, small, built-in kitchen timer, cheap : D

The Insignia compact microwave is a great value for the money. It is light weight and easy to move around which was a big concern of mine. It works very well for both warming up items and cooking. I highly recommend it. It is not expensive and well worth it. I trust the Insignia brand because I have a flat screen TV that I purchased that works great.

Be careful what size microwave bowl you get. Go on the smaller size. Mine almost did not fit into the microwave. Regardless, this fits great in my room and works well enough to beat up broke college kid food like hot pockets, popcorn, oatmeal, ramen, and leftovers. And the black is sleek and looks nice. The instructions are super easy and I love the Quick Time ability. Just press a number button. I highly recommend.

We bought this for my daughter to take back to college. The size is perfect for a small apartment and the price is inexpensive. It is not as powerful as a larger microwave, but so what if you have to wait one more minute for something to heat? It still gets the job done! Also, large square plates do not fit inside this microwave. I would still buy this if you're not picky about power.

Small size, which is what we wanted, and was easy to use. First microwave in over 10 years, and there are lots of new features. All very intuitive, which fit our need. Was bought for an elderly parent that struggles with memory issues. We are taping over some of the buttons that she won't use, and she is able to do a basic reheat with minimal difficulty. For our situation, this was perfect.

I bought this on sale and for the price this microwave works very well. I bought this to compliment the compact refrigerator to go into a dorm room. Fits nicely on top of the fridge. It can fit a full size dinner plate inside, which is used to re-heat many items.

This is a great compact microwave for small spaces. Lightweight. Easy to install and use. Very economical.

I replaced my Emerson 1.0 cu ft microwave which lasted me 9 years with this one. It takes up less space on a very crowded countertop. It takes a little longer to cook most items, but that is expected since it is lower in power. It works just great and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a space-saving microwave with great performance.

Sometimes it's hard to cook for two. This is a great tool to use when reheating leftovers. Compact size saves counter space. Easy to operate and I love that the turntable stays put when getting stuff out. My old one was same size and turntable always fell out when getting out casserole dishes. Took a little getting used to the number pad, but all in all a great product.

I have very limited space in my little apartment, but was looking for a microwave that could also provide all the features of a standard size. With this Best Buy model I got kitchen timing, defrosting, preset quick buttons, 10 power levels, and more. It even looks nice with my white appliances, but could easily suit a stainless steel decor, too. With my 20 percent coupon, the price was more than a real bargain. I love this little microwave!

If you're looking for an efficient microwave with lots of features, then this is the oven for you. Also, I liked the fact that I could get it in white, and wasn't just limited to black. This is not the most powerful microwave by any means, but for its size, it really packs a punch, seemingly more powerful than its wattage rating. A definite choice when space limitations require you to get a small microwave.

We needed a microwave with a very low profile and this one fit the bill. It is small, but still big enough for a dinner plate or large bowl. The controls are very easy and we especially like the utility of the button to push for 30 second increments. Due to the low power, It does take a little longer to heat things, but it has not been a problem for us.

So a 700w microwave isn't going to set the world on fire (literally), but it'll do a decent job of making popcorn and heating leftovers! This model gets bonus points for its compact design, budget friendly price, and easy maintenance. Only complaint is that the inside is very small, so be prepared to angle larger dinner plates as you put them in.

Got this mw for a dorm room and it was perfect size i was able to have it wihout taking too much space and it heats really fast. Easy to use and good black color to match everything. Great deal!

This is a fantastic microwave. I enjoy cooking with it because its simple. It does not have tons of buttons that can stick or jam. Its simple but it really works great. I cook everything from snacks to full meals and it works well for both. It would be hard to find a better microwave for the money.
