Works just fine. Needed a tiny and cheap microwave for my small apartment. Got this for $35, couldn't be happier. It's not the strongest, but it does he job just fine

I purchased this along with a small fridge for my kid moving into a college dorm. I needed something that would be fairly inexpensive and durable. The brand and the appliance turned out to be a good surprise. It's small but sturdy and seems to be well built, i.e., it's outlasted college life. My kid uses it frequently to reheat meals in her dorm and so far hasn't complained of any malfunction. Seems to have all the basic features expected working properly.

Like most of us, one day we tried to use our microwave and nothing happened. After trying a few things, we decided that we had to purchase a new one but it had to be small, effecient and easy to use We read many reviews and even though this had its share of bad ones,there were enough good ones for us to try it and we're glad we did. Not only does it fit our counter space very well, but it is more powerful than we thought it would be, and very easy to use. And by the way, it was less expensive than most but not cheap looking. You wouldn't guess the price by just looking and using it. I strongly recommend this to anyone that needs to fit this little workhorse in a small space. Plus you can always take it back if you don't like it, but I can assure you that you won't.

I've had this for 2 years now and it works great. It doesn't take up much counter space, heats evenly, & cleans up easily.

I got this for my mom to use in her studio apartment. The one installed above the stove was a bit too tall and was not convenient for her to reach. This little gal is perfect for her needs. Small, compact SIMPLE to use. All the features of a larger unit but in a compact studio / dorm size. If you have a need for a compact and simple to operate microwave, this a great choice for you.

This microwave is just what I needed. It fits perfectly atop my small refrigerator. It's user friendly. For the price, it's a must-have. No complaint here.

Just the right size for those small jobs. Not everyone wants to cook a turkey in the microwave. Cost was only $49 and does a very good job.

Nice little microwave that doesn't take up much space, and will fit a dinner plate, baby bottle or large mug, just like the larger one this replaced. It's light weight, so it can move around when it's opened or closed, but if you're gentle and support it with your other hand it's not a problem. I find it cooks and reheats just as well as my previous, more powerful microwave, just takes a little longer, and actually cooks more evenly... probably because it's lower powered. Glad I purchased it.

Bought this microwave for son's dorm room. It is compact and has a clean design. Also lightweight, which is a plus when moving down to college.

I am glad I purchased this unit. I use my microwave many times during the day, and this is a small but powerful unit....perfect for limited counter space. It has performed without any problems for over a year (most microwaves I've purchased previously have broken within a year). It is also quiet, and has a great display. Only criticism is the circulating glass tray--it sometimes gets off the track. Not a big deal. Glad I bought it.

This smaller microwave is a perfect fit for my RV.It sits on the kitchen counter with plenty of room to spare.All of its functions are easy to operate.Insignia is a great name in appliances. The only concern keeping it from a five star rating is the condensation it collects after microwaving.I always make sure to wipe it dry.

I brought it for college dorm and it is small and simple to use. I set it up with ease. It is perfect and very affordable.

My old microwave was 37 years old, but quit working safely, but I measured the inside, outside and calculated this into inches and then into cubic feet, as well. Height x width x depth=Cubic feet ( 12 inches= 1 foot. ) This new Insignia measures about 11 inches square interior , has a 10 inch rotating glass plate, on rollers, and a entrance height of 6.5 inches. That's big for .7 cubic feet ! Then I knew this size to shop for, actually taller, and would work since I was happy with the size I had been using. The new exterior is 15 inches across, 10 inches height and 12 inches from back to front ( depth). I have the same spot and space in my kitchen to place it. I looked at my appliance colors, and they were white, which Best Buy offered. I read customer reviews from people who actually had bought and used this exact microwave. They were very good. The number of reviews was 1,000 and averaged a rating 4.5 stars. That was terrific ! I compared it to a couple other microwaves that did not suit me with comments, both positive and negative, sizes, prices and numbers of reviews and stars. This microwave had everything I wanted, size= interior and exterior, a warranty, color and free shipping and a best price from any store I researched. I felt confident ordering it and waited eagerly for its arrival and felt like it was a Christmas gift to myself ! It's easy to use and looks wonderful. I love it.

Looks fantastic, works great. Fits perfectly on top of a small 3.0 cubic ft fridge. Perfect for studio, bedroom or dorm.

Nice little machine. Works well for popcorn and heating up food. Good size for a counter top unit. Nice clean look too.

When I first looked around Best Buy all I saw were some very large above the range microwaves that were very expensive. I needed a smaller microwave because the old one was quite small and we needed to buy a new one that would fit in that same small space in our kitchen. This one fits perfectly and it works very well. We are pleased with it.
