Overall, it's a good product. Easy to use and cheap. The only problem is it's a little too noisy.

My sister recommended the Insignia brand microwave, we also have TV's and dvd players. The microwave is simple and powerful, looks great also. All very reliable.

If you need a small microwave for a specifically small space this is that. It isn't powerful. It has few features. I've had two, they don't last long. But they are cheap and small. That is literally all this thing has going for it. If you don't care about cheap AND small get the other microwaves from Sharp, et al that are also cheap, but not this small and thus are more powerful and/or useful.

Our grown son and Daughter-in-law just moved and there was no microwave in their new apartment, so we decided to give them a small microwave as a Christmas present, but gave it to them early. They are thrilled! Mostly it's used for reheating and defrosting. According to them, it's fine, even though it's a smaller, less powerful unit. The price was great!
